Sugar-House Flaked Sulfur (99.9% Sulfur)
High Purity Sugar-House Flaked Sulfur is the same consistent high purity of elemental sulfur as our HP prills, but in a flaked form. The bright yellow sulfur flakes offer high overall surface area, which can be preferred in some processes. The flakes were developed for use in sugar processing and have found additional uses in other specialty chemical processes where a high surface area to weight ratio is advantageous. Made from Claus sulfur, which is recovered from the vapor state by condensation, the sulfur is naturally very high purity
